Robinhood holds crypto, futures and cash in separate legal entities. Crypto and futures are not SIPC protected, and SIPC is custody insurance, not loss insurance.

- Nulls are honest. An unknown value is null with a stated reason. We never estimate a fee, rate, or premium.
- Referral status is a data field. Some links are referral links and we may earn a commission. Every such link carries we_are_paid:true in the data, so you can filter it out programmatically.
- Freshness is checkable. Referral bonuses, APYs, and signup offers change often. Every volatile figure carries last_verified. Check it before quoting it.
